On the last day of each month, our system briefly undergoes overnight processing. During this time, account balances may temporarily appear inaccurate. This is a scheduled processing update and no cause for concern. Accurate balances are restored immediately after processing. Please re-check your balance the next morning.

ATM Fees Refundable in Certain Zip Codes (effective June 1, 2026)

With no POECU ATM on the Westbank of Orleans/Jefferson Parish, we are pleased to offer a refund on ATM fees paid in the following ZIP CODES : 70036, 70053, 70056, 70058, 70067, 70072, 70094, 70114 and 70131.
Just contact us and let us know the date of your ATM transaction. We’ll look it up and issue a refund of your fees.
