End of Month Processing Notice (effective July 31)

On the last day of each month, our system briefly undergoes overnight processing. During this time, account balances may temporarily appear inaccurate. This is a scheduled processing update and no cause for concern. Accurate balances are restored immediately after processing. Please re-check your balance the next morning.

Person 2 Person Payments (P2P) is here!

The newest feature for checking account holders allows you to pay your friends and family instead of using cash or other online payment app. The feature can be found in Online Banking or in our POECU App. If you need to see instructions, we have them available here on our website.

ATM Fees Refundable in Certain Zip Codes (effective June 1, 2026)

Without access to a POECU ATM on the Westbank of Orleans/Jefferson Parish, we are pleased to offer a refund on ATM fees that pay in the following ZIP CODES : 70036, 70053, 70056, 70058, 70067, 70072, 70094, 70114 and 70131.

Just contact us and let us know the date of your ATM transaction. We’ll look it up and issue a refund of your fees.
